- We accept Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- Flat rate shipping fees:
- Free for orders over $50 sent to Contiguous United States
- $5 for orders under $50 sent to Contiguous United States
- $8 for orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska
- $40 for orders sent international
- We will process and ship your order the next Monday or Friday after it is received.
- We will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and credit card receipt when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact us.
- If you have not received your order in 10-14 business days, please contact us.
returns & exchanges
If you would like a refund or exchange for an unused bag, please return it to us in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase.
- To return your item for refund or exchange, please place the Return Shipping Label included in your package on the box your bag was shipped in and send it back to us.
- If you no longer have your return shipping label or original packaging, please send your return in a securely sealed package to: Anabaglish, 6285 Lakeview Blvd, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 USA.
- We will send an email to notify you when we have received your return item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
- It may take a few days before your refund posts to your account. If you would like to confirm your refund, first check your bank or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund, please email email@example.com.
