  • We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
  • Shipping fees:
    • Free ground shipping for orders over $50 sent to Contiguous United States
    • $5 ground shipping for orders under $50 sent to Contiguous United States
    • $8 ground shipping for orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska
    • Rates for Canada calculated at checkout
    • 2 Day shipping is calculated at checkout
  • We will process orders Monday through Friday. We try and process in stock orders within three business days.
  • We will send a confirmation email with your tracking number and credit card receipt when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact us.
  • If you have not received your order in 10-14 business days, please contact us.
  • Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We are closed the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.

If you would like a refund or exchange for an unused bag, please return it to us in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. 

  • For customers within the United States: to return your item for refund or exchange, please place the Return Shipping Label included in your package on the box your bag was shipped in and send it back to us.
  • If you no longer have your return shipping label or original packaging, please send your return in a securely sealed package to: Anabaglish, 6285 Lakeview Blvd, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 USA.
  • For customers in Canada: at this time we cannot provide a return label for our international customers. If you would like to return your item, please ship it back to Anabaglish, 6285 Lakeview Blvd, Lake Oswego, Oregon 97035 USA.We will refund your purchase, and the original shipping amount (from us to you).

    • We will send an email to notify you when we have received your return item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
    • It may take a few days before your refund posts to your account. If you would like to confirm your refund, first check your bank or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund, please email acctg@anabaglish.com.
