-  We offer free ground shipping for orders over $50 sent to contiguous United States
-  Ground shipping for orders under $50 sent to contiguous United States will be $5
-  Ground shipping for orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska will be $10
-  2-Day shipping is calculated at checkout
-  Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout

We process orders Monday through Friday, and generally process in-stock orders within three business days.
    We send confirmation emails with your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us

    Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, we are closed for all major holidays.

      If you would like a refund for an unused bag, please return it in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase. 

      For US customers: to return your item for refund or exchange, please affix the return shipping label included in your package on the box your bag was shipped in, and send it back to us.

      If you no longer have your return shipping label or original packaging, please send your return in a securely sealed package to:

        For our Canadian customers: at this time, we are unable to provide a return label for international customers. If you would like to return your item, please ship it back to us at the address listed above. We will refund your purchase, and the original shipping amount paid. 

        We will send an email to notify you when we have received your return item. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment within approximately 10 business days.
          It may take a few days before your refund posts to your account. If you would like to confirm your refund, first check your bank or credit card account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund, please email
